With over 25 years of mechanical services supporting the mining, construction and marine industries. Having a Caterpillar trade back ground and spending over 17 years in a field service Ute working on various sites internationally and in Australia with numerous customers, assisted me in becoming a very experienced person. Completing Diploma of Management, Cert IV in Front Line Management, Competitive Systems and practices plus a green belt in six Sigma. Skilled in Predictive Maintenance, Maintenance Management, Heavy Equipment, Reliability Engineering, life cycle costing, Failure Analysis and saving 40% of undercarriage costs. Continuously looking for ways to improve myself, the reliability and availability of assets, increasing ROI and lowering running costs.
